The design features a male Bullfinch, who is unmistakable with his bright pinkish-red breast and cheeks, grey back, black cap and tail, and bright white rump.
 
Despite their seemingly obvious colour, Bullfinches tend to be secretive and shy, which can make them difficult to observe.
